Certova provides AI-assisted compliance analysis. The Service maps your documents against regulatory frameworks and surfaces potential gaps and recommendations. Certova is a software tool and does not constitute legal, audit, or certification advice. You are responsible for validating outputs and for your own compliance posture.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant Certova a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your uploads), is owned by Certova and protected by intellectual-property laws.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated analysis is complete, accurate, or sufficient for any certification or audit.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
